We accept the following debit and credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can choose to pay either with your credit card or via PayPal. All prices are stated in Danish Kroners and include 25% VAT. Posé Posê reserves the right to change and adjust the prices anytime.
In order to purchase items at Pose-Pose.com you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and the item is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND VAT
All Prices include 25% danish VAT. If you order from a country within EU you pay no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods.
If you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
We offer worldwide shipping and delivery of all Posé Posê products. Orders are sent by GLS, GLS pakkeshop or Postnord. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment.
Shipping rates will be applied depending on your shipping destination.
It is also possible for you to pick up your order from our studio at Nørrebro. Please contact us in advance to agree on appropriate date and time.
All products are covered by The Danish law on Sale of Goods giving you 24 months to file a claim on an item. As a customer you can complain about defects that occur within 24 months after purchase. If defects or imperfections are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or common daily use and tear, your right to complain lapses.
In case you want to claim on an item please mail Posé Posê and attach receipt and order number.

At Posé Posê webshop we offer a 14 days cancellation of an order. Posé Posê needs to get a written notice on email about the wish to return an item no later than 14 days after the order has been delivered at customers address. Remember to attach the receipt and order number. After the written notice the customer has 14 days to return the item.
In order for Posé Posê to accept a refund, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed together with the parcel. The item must be unused and has to be returned in original packaging, with labels and hang tags. A return order that does not meet these requirements will be rejected by Posè Posê.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the products until they are received at Posé Posê. We also can not be held responsible for any damage which occurs during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging on the returns. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be send back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Be aware that the Customer is solely responsible for all freight costs etc. connected with returns. All returns should be send to:

RETURNS MUST HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER
The items must be send as a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination. It is not an option to return your order as a parcel without a tracking number.
Please remember to keep your tracking number as a documentation that the items have been sent. We will retain the refund until we have received the returned items.
When we have received the items in original package and positive quality control test is approved we will transfer the amount to your account within 10 business days, excluding fright expenses. Refunds are only made to the credit card that was used to purchase the items.
The content on this website is protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Posè Posê. Any material on the website, including image pictures and designs may not be reproduced, and it may not be used commercially without referring to Posé Posê.
Shopping at Pose-Pose.com requires the following information from you, as a minimum:
